“Was Jesus Real?”

So I’m looking at my email the other day, and I happen to see an advertisement for a website entitled “jesusneverexisted”. I didn’t open it, because my bloodpressure is high enough already.
But, it got me thinking: what would I do if a non believer asked me that?
How would I respond? What would I use to back it up?
What do you think? I’m interested to hear (read) your thoughts.

I can’t believe no one has commented on this… I’d whip out a history lesson and let them know that, the Bible aside, there is enough historical evidence that Jesus was an ACTUAL LIVING PERSON. Saying that Jesus never existed is like saying Abe Lincoln never existed. There’s just far too much historical evidence. Whether or not Jesus is the Christ is a different story and much harder for people to believe.
